1. General Terms<\/b><\/h3>

1.1<\/b> Welcome to H3 Designer Eyewear. By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

1.2<\/b> If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.<\/p>

1.3<\/b> H3 Designer Eyewear reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.<\/p>

2. Prescription Glasses<\/b><\/h3>

2.1<\/b> All prescription eyewear orders must be accompanied by a valid and current prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.<\/p>

2.2<\/b> The prescription must include your full name, date of examination, and the optometrist\u2019s contact details.<\/p>

2.3<\/b> We are not responsible for errors in the prescription provided by the customer or any external optometrist.<\/p>

2.4<\/b> Once your order is confirmed in-store, it cannot be amended, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.<\/p>

3. Non-Prescription Glasses<\/b><\/h3>

3.1<\/b> All non-prescription eyewear, including sunglasses and fashion frames, are final sale.<\/p>

3.2<\/b> No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted once the purchase has been completed.<\/p>

3.3<\/b> If a frame or product is temporarily unavailable, our staff will inform you of estimated restock times or similar alternatives.<\/p>

4. Warranties and Repairs<\/b><\/h3>

4.1<\/b> All products are inspected before delivery or collection.<\/p>

4.2<\/b> We do not offer a general return, exchange, or refund policy. However, if there is a manufacturing defect identified within a reasonable period, we may assist with repair or replacement at our discretion.<\/p>

4.3<\/b> Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.<\/p>

5. Appointments and Eye Exams<\/b><\/h3>

5.1<\/b> Customers may book eye exams or consultations in person or through our store\u2019s contact options.<\/p>

5.2<\/b> A valid prescription must be used for ordering prescription eyewear.<\/p>

5.3<\/b> Appointment cancellations or rescheduling should be done within a reasonable notice period.<\/p>

6. Promotions and Offers<\/b><\/h3>

6.1<\/b> Any special promotions, offers, or discounts are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.<\/p>
